Who We Are
Avatar Life is operated by Robert Kojo Boakye, based in London, UK. We provide human performance and capacity services — constitutional reports, coaching, in-person and remote sessions, workshops, and corporate programmes. Our website is avtrlife.com and our contact email is hello@avtrlife.com.
What Information We Collect
When you complete our intake form, we collect:
- Your full name and email address
- Date, time, and place of birth (required to produce your constitutional report)
- Gender
- Information about your current focus, health history, and personal timeline (as provided voluntarily)
We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed securely through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. Where you take out a monthly subscription, Stripe holds your payment method and processes recurring payments until you cancel.
If you book a call with us, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, time zone and your answers to the booking questions in order to confirm the appointment.
If you join a waitlist or subscribe to updates, we collect your name and email address through our email provider so we can contact you about the thing you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to:
- Prepare your personalised constitutional report
- Communicate with you about your reading and next steps
- Deliver the services you have purchased
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your intake form data is submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to our secure email inbox. We retain client information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access.
Digital Products and Your Right to Cancel
Some of our products are digital and are delivered to you immediately after purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Where you ask us to begin delivery straight away, you will be asked to confirm this at checkout and to acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once delivery begins. We will not start delivery until you have done so.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Where a specific product carries its own written guarantee, the terms of that guarantee are set out on the product's page and apply in addition to your statutory rights.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
